We are looking for an experienced Estimator/ Contract Administrator.
Be able to interpret building plans, engineering reports, specifications, regulations, codes of practice,
Scheduling and coordinating trades on multiple job sites and manage tight deadlines
Ensuring each home is completed in a timely manner and handed over on time and on budget
Maintain a high level of paperwork, invoices, call forwards, job programs etc
Provide the necessary information, support and clear direction to all subcontractors/suppliers to ensure works are completed in full and on time
Check work is up to standard prior to approving invoiced works
Perform maintenance and warranty inspections as required
Attend all scheduled client appointments or inspections
Aid Construction Manager and office staff when required
