Sam Kapoulas is the co-founder and Managing Director of Home Impact with over 25 years’ experience in building and construction. Effective leadership and key management skills have allowed Sam to help develop Home Impact into a reputable design and build company synonymous with seamless, affordable and high-quality projects - always on time.
Our highly qualified and talented Design and Construction teams at Home Impact offer unsurpassed expertise and are committed to bringing your dream home to life!
The entire Design-Build process is handled under on roof by our project Designers, Interior designers, project managers, estimators & site crew, ensuring a highly collaborative and seamless experience – The Home Impact Way
