Role Description
Contract administration
Preparing trade contracts
Procurement (purchasing)
General administrative duties
Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and council’
Letting Main contracts, sub-contracts and purchase orders
Meeting budgets and timelines
Present prepared estimate and scope of work alongside director/sales team using various software platforms
Draft contract documents for construction and present to clients
Work with the project manager and the contract administrators to develop and ensure work carried out on projects is in line with defined budgets from the estimation phase
Developing the scope in preparation for tenders
Estimating the resource requirements for the activities
Estimating time and cost for activities
Databuild, Planswift / Blue beam knowledge strong advantages
